Today's "Odd Tank" is the 🇦🇹 Austrian "Super Kurassier" Classed as a Light Tank, the prototype Super Kurassier uses a version of the Leopard 2A4's Fire Control System (FCS) and stabilizer. Along with the all new oscillating turret, it is armed with the autoloaded M68 105mm gun and the gunner has access to thermal imaging. It was powered by a 320hp Steyr 7FA/6-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine allowing for a top speed of 70km/h. The surviving prototype can be found at the Heeresgeschichtliches Museum Vienna, Austria.
