@robi71269 @Maverick_SZN Mostly depends on how active he is. When I was taking the stairs up and down to my 4th floor dorm multiple times a day I lost 30ish pounds my freshman year. After that, when I'd be on the second floor next couple years, eating the same, gained weight. Calories in > calories out.
