@GulfAir - how would we formally complain about the pathetic service offered by your staff at Bahrain airport. 6 hrs later, passengers taken to hotel but no rooms available. Children, older people, women, all suffering in distress.

@GulfAir -Flight from Bahrain to Hyderabad GF274 (22:20) got cancelled, staff unhelpful, unprofessional and inappropriate service. Inadequate communication, unacceptable shared accommodation. Subsequent delayed assistance after repeated requests is unacceptable and disappointing.
