Bought a Thomson TV from Flipkart 6 days ago and received a defective product. No replacement/refund yet — only repeated copy-paste replies. Thomson even marked the new TV as “Out of Warranty.” Very disappointing support. @flipkartsupport @ThomsonTvIndia
