@drmhowrah @RailMinIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, CSTM Duronto (12262/12261) used to delay by avg 3 hrs upto 10 hrs in last 2 months. Do we deserve this type of service in a premium train with dynamic fare. Otherwise change the train time so that passengers can plan accordingly.

@RailwaySeva @drmhowrah is railway promoting beggars in the reserved compartment. From malda to Pakur, 13054 has 3 stops but 6 beggars have visited the compartment. Do we need to remind railways about its basic duties. PNR : 6662790199. NO TTE OR RPF available for complaint

Dear @MirajCinemas please mention your break time while customers are taking bookings. 25 mins break at late night show is a really bad experience. Wouldn't recommend anyone further
