I remember working in #Venezuela during the banking crisis in 1993 and feeling where the country was heading. No matter how terrible Chavez and Maduro might have been for this beautiful and once prosperous country, the way the Trump administration has decided to end this regime will only create more problems in the future, in Venezuela and elsewhere (Taiwan, Greenland might be next in different ways). The response of European leaders is appallingly weak, so Greenland might come before Taiwan. Europe has shown how easy it can be.
