रविवार के दिन छुट्टियाँ होती हैं अदालतों में, उस दिन बिहार पुलिस फैज़ल ख़ान को गिरफ़्तार नहीं कर पाई। मंगलवार को सुबह-सुबह जज ने गिरफ़्तारी पर रोक लगा दी। सिस्टम इस 'ख़ान सर' के साथ मिलकर काम कर रहा है। मनीष कश्यप के मामले में यही बिहार पुलिस इतनी सक्रिय थी कि पूछिए मत। बैंक खातों तक को ज़ब्त कर लिया गया था। आख़िर कैसे एक जाना-पहचाना व्यक्ति इस तरह से फरार हो सकता है, वो भी राज्य की राजधानी से? अब अगली सुनवाई तक पुलिस इस ख़ान सर को छू भी नहीं पाएगी। जबकि 6 जून को ही उनकी तरफ़ से जमानत याचिका दायर कर दी गई थी। 8 जून को सोमवार आते ही इसे रजिस्टर कर लिया जाता है और अगले ही दिन सुनवाई करके राहत दे दी जाती है।

ADM मुझें धक्का दिया है..मुझे गाली दिया है..टच किया है..इसके घर में मां बहन नहीं है क्या..? इसको बोलने का तमीज नहीं हैं..इसे अरेस्ट करके जेल भिजवाऊंगी..! ये वीडियो बिहार के पटना का है..रोते हुए एक विधवा महिला बिहार के प्रशासनिक अमले पर आरोप लगा रही है..! महिला का कहना है...सरकार हमें रोजगार दे..हमें शौक नहीं है सड़क पर आकर दुकान लगाने का..महिला नगर निगम की कार्यवाही से आहत है..! वहीं प्रशासन के अनुसार महिला अवैध रूप से सड़क किनारे ठेला लगाकर ढाबा चला रही थी..जिसे अतिक्रमण बताकर प्रशासन ने बुलडोजर से हटा दिया है...! हालांकि पीड़ित महिला के आरोप भी गंभीर हैं..निष्पक्ष जांच कर कार्यवाही होनी ही चाहिए..! इसके अलावा ज्ञात हो कि ये वही बिहार है - जहां विधानसभा चुनाव के ठीक पहले महिला रोजगार योजना के नाम पर महिलाओं के खाते में 10000 रुपए की राशि डाली गई थी और उन्हें आत्मनिर्भर बनाने की बात कही गई थी..! आज आत्मनिर्भर बनी महिला को रोता हुआ देखता हूं सारे दावे..वादे..सर्फ छलावा लगते हैं..!

व्यक्तिगत रूप से Khan Sir को नहीं जानता पर उन्हें देख सुनकर हमेशा एक सकारात्मक एहसास हुआ। उनके पढ़ाने की शैली और कमज़ोर तबके से आए छात्रों में आत्मविश्वास भरने का उनका तरीक़ा कमाल का है। आज Khan Sir थोड़ी मुश्किल में हैं। उनपर तमाम तरह के आरोप लग रहे हैं। मैं हक़ीक़त नहीं जनता लेकिन अदालत से पहले किसी को दोषी भी नहीं मानता। किसी युवा ने अगर कोचिंग में पढ़ाकर सामान्य घरों के बच्चों को सिर्फ़ सरकारी नौकरी पाने में मदद ही नहीं की बल्कि अपनी कमाई से एक अस्पताल भी खोला है तो मैं ऐसे व्यक्ति को क्रिमिनल नहीं मानता। Khan Sir से उन्हें एक रात में Faisal बना देने वाले लोग ऐसा मानने के लिए आज़ाद हैं। मैं Khan Sir से कहूंगा कि सामने आइये और सामना कीजिये। तपकर कुंदन बने हैं। मानिये कि अग्नि परीक्षा बाक़ी है। छात्र समुदाय को न बंटने दीजिये और न पढ़ाई से उनका ध्यान हटने दीजिये। पटना और मुंबई नहीं देशभर में ऐसे लोगों की कमी नहीं जो ये मानते हैं कि समाज के प्रति आपका जो दायित्व है उसके एक बड़े हिस्से का पूरा किया जाना अभी बाक़ी है। आपको रोकने की कोई साज़िश सफ़ल नहीं होगी।

अंजना ओम कश्यप को दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट से सबसे बड़ा झटका दिया है. दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने अंजना ओम कश्यप की उस मांग को खारिज कर दिया है जिसमें उन्होंने खान सर और अन्य लोगों के खिलाफ तुरंत अंतरिम रोक (इंजक्शन) लगाने की मांग की थी. अंजना ओम कश्यप चाहती थीं न्यायपालिका खान सर और अन्य लोगों ने उनके बारें में जो कुछ सामग्री प्रसारित की है उसे तुरंत रोका जाए. अदालत ने झटपट अंजना ओम कश्यप की बात मानने से इंकार कर दिया है. हालांकि न्यायालय ने मामले में नोटिस जारी कर जवाब मांगा है और सुनवाई आगे जारी रहेगी.

माननीय न्यायालय में आज हुई सुनवाई के दौरान Anjana & Anr. मामले में कोई Interim Relief प्रदान नहीं की गई। मामले की अगली सुनवाई 17 जून को निर्धारित की गई है। हम न्यायिक प्रक्रिया का पूर्ण सम्मान करते हैं और न्यायालय के समक्ष अपना विस्तृत उत्तर प्रस्तुत करेंगे। आवश्यकता पड़ने पर उपलब्ध तथ्यों, साक्ष्यों एवं विधिक सलाह के आधार पर अपने अधिकारों की रक्षा हेतु उचित कानूनी कदमों तथा Counter Claim पर भी विचार किया जाएगा। हमें भारतीय न्यायपालिका पर पूरा विश्वास है। हमारा मानना है कि किसी भी विवाद का समाधान न्यायालय में तथ्यों और कानून के आधार पर होना चाहिए, न कि मीडिया ट्रायल या सोशल मीडिया की बहसों के आधार पर। अब 17 जून को न्यायालय के समक्ष अपना पक्ष रखने की प्रतीक्षा करेंगे।
