Women are <5% of interventional cardiologists in the US. It's not a pipeline issue, a systems issue. WECARE shows women love the field but face pay gaps, limited parental support & cultural barriers. Mentorship is critical. Time to redesign the system. ajconline.org/article/S0002-…
