The second set of impeachment complaints against Vice President Sara Duterte has been transmitted to the Office of House Speaker Faustino “Bojie” Dy III, House Secretary General Cheloy Garafil said Friday.
The development comes a year after the 19th Congress fast-tracked Duterte’s impeachment on February 5, 2025, when at least one-third of House members signed and filed the complaint and, on the same day, transmitted the articles of impeachment to the Senate.
This earlier attempt was later blocked after the Supreme Court, on July 25, ruled the impeachment unconstitutional, citing a violation of the Constitution’s one-year bar rule.

Last month, uncle died. Her wife was asked by the memorial service provider: “Anong fave song ni sir? Ipapatugtog sa libing.”
Tita said: “‘Di ko alam ang title, basta may guitar.”
Me from the side w/ conviction: TEARDROPS ON MY GUITAR?
My mind: Qaqa, 56 na tito mo, hindi 26.
BAKIT NGAYON LANG, IMEE?
That Imee knew (as she alleged) that her brother, Bongbong, ay “nagdro-droga,” says a lot about her & her kind. Imagine, she knew but chose to stay silent till this evening, when she addressed those gathered in Manila.
Sen. Risa Hontiveros becoming the hero we all need!
“Hindi lang ‘there’s always a first time.’ It has happened before,” she said, responding to Sen. Rodante Marcoleta’s Q if the SC already reversed a UNANIMOUS DECISION kasi nga “imposible” raw. #SaraDuterteImpeachment
All these delays in the Senate explain everything. Why can’t they vote on a basic motion to convene the institution as an impeachment court to TRY Vice President Sara Duterte a a few days before they leave sine die? #Impeachment#VPonTrial
Tried compiling some photos from some of the hardest hit by Typhoon #MarcePH in the province of Cagayan.
To everyone, #CagayanNeedsHelp NOW. With the typhoon's intense winds and rain, we can only imagine how hard it was for them last night.

One can only imagine how hard it was for Cagayanos last night as #MarcePH brought life-threatening conditions, especially w/ its intense winds that blown off this roof in Sanchez-Mira.

Every time he said that he does not care about the rights of people, he was not engaging in some hyperbole or only driven by exasperation at constant criticism. He meant every word he said—KILL, KILL, KILL.
