It was a pleasure sharing @KWCAKenya experience in addressing GBV and why we are working to integrate GBV in wildlife conservation in Kenya, and why this is crucial for joint biodiversity and climate change action and results

Joyce Peshu of @KWCAKenya shares that addressing #genderbasedviolence as a barrier to women's conservation leadership has led to change. A conservancy board had no women leaders and has now reached parity. Men have become champions -- recruiting women in ranger workforces.
