It's been over a week since my bag was lost on flight KU 128 & 383 from AMS-DEL on Oct 21. I have filed a report and called customer service many times, but not received any updates. I am very disappointed with the level of service #lostbaggage#KuwaitiAirways

@KuwaitAirways an airline with the worst customer service. Booked a business class ticket to London from Mumbai on 5/08 for 3/09. Cancelled it due to personal reasons on 25/08. The only proof of cancellation is the photo of the page after cancellation.

You said that the processing time of refund is 30-40 days. Flight was cancelled 8/8/2023.
