Watching my friend who had MHworld as his favorite game for years replay it after wilds and realize that I wasn’t rage baiting him every time I pointed out a problem with the game has been deeply satisfying to me. At last he understands me

@MHFZZEnjoyer Even with the UI at minimal and tutorials as "do not repeat" (which barely does anything) the game feels like this

@KwableGuy you do know you can turn off most of those right...? well, aside 9 star gog but hey it doesn't happen with 10 star which is the one you actually wana grind anyway

@MHFZZEnjoyer Wilds as a game feels much better to play, but the constant annoyances (i didn't even mention that the tutorial pop ups and dialogue that explains stuff we can clearly see is WAAAAY worse now) just feels bad and makes me think of the game as worse lol

@KwableGuy i mean thats main just progression and i do agree that does sucks but hey the important part to me is massively improved

@MHFZZEnjoyer Better fashion, maps, and slap on weapons i'll give you. Music and story are subjective, and graphics? Eh, if you have a supercomputer. But my main problem with wilds so far is that it is EVEN MORE OF a MISERABLE multiplayer experience due to all the cutscenes and walk-and-talk.

@KwableGuy better fashion, a better meta, much better roster, better maps, better graphics, better story, better music, more content, no slap on weapons, tons of things that are small but lovely, actually interesting camps, better hub id only say base world (pre IB) Had better combat
