Every single place in India is just so overcrowded. - Want to go to a park? Hundreds are already there, not enough space. - Want to go to a temple? You won’t even get five minutes of peace. - Want to visit a hill station? Not a single hotel is available. - Same with Ladakh, Uttarakhand, and everywhere else. It feels like the calmest place is your own house.

@Chizitere_xyz Fathers of daughters are the biggest feminists on the planet, and mothers of sons are the biggest enforcers of patriarchy.

1) Self-awareness (eliminates 90% of people) 2) Awareness about the prospect (95% of people) 3) Shared understanding about the common life destination (99% of people) There’s a reason the institution of marriage existed for so long and was enforced and guarded by society with no concept of divorce (a recent invention). Sex was used as bait for men and stability plus protection for women. Happiness was never the goal; it was always survival, whether for princesses betrothed to enemy kings or farmers’ daughters married to support young farmers. Now that survival necessities are gone, the concept of marriage, especially from the religious angle, needs a revamp or to end completely. Governments should offer a contract-based partnership (they already meddle enough) as a practical solution for a union where both parties are fully aware of the terms and expectations.
