I'm continuing to tweak my cap space projections for this summer as we gather more intel and plans for the offseason become clearer. Now, I'm projecting only four cap space teams in July: 1 Bulls: $58.4M 2 Lakers: $48.1M 3 Nets: $44.6M 4 Pistons: $26.9M ATL & LAC could be cap space teams, but unlikely.

Man just get rid of the rule. They had good intentions with it, but what’s the point of having a “hard cut off” rule if they can just make exceptions wherever they see fit. Just leave it up to the voters to decide who’s worthy
