@tfwrail the 09:45 bus from Llanbradach to Caerphilly didn't turn up. This bus service is getting beyond a joke now. I've already put in an official complaint, but there's been no improvement. Why is it SO unreliable? I'm fed up of missing connecting trains now.

@tfwrail the rail replacement bus at 12pm didn't turn up at Llanbradach, going into Caerphilly. I am so beyond sick of the buses not turning up. I've already put in an official complaint. Can you actually just sort it out at some point? It's getting stupid.

@Kyatic @Kyatic Hi Anwen, due to urgent bridge repairs, there's buses every 30 minutes between Caerphilly and Cardiff. They'll leave Caerphilly at xx:15 and xx:45 and leave Cardiff at xx:40 and xx:10 ^Holly

@tfwrail I don't understand why your trains are constantly breaking down. It is beyond parody. Every single train I've tried to get in a week has either broken down or been stuck behind a broken down train. Is the entire maintenance budget going on office snacks or something?

@tfwrail The cancelled 09:29, 09:39, and delayed 09:59 from Llanbradach to Heath High Level. By the time the 09:59 showed up, it was too late to get my onward transport at the other end. There was a 'train fault', as per usual, because the trains are all tin cans on a string.
