@MHTruthUltra The software also has to be maintained forever by the company. Otherwise it would stop working. You really do have to pay for everything forever. So just accept it now. The only way to have a good life is to be able to make tons of money forever.

You know what really bugs me these days? We can't own anything. Everything is a subscription service, like literally everything. You can't buy Microsoft Office, you have to purchase a subscription for a year. You literally have to pay for everything FOREVER. Isn't anyone else bothered by this?

Service area page maxxing is the way to go in the big '26 We probably have 100 service area pages built out across this client's entire metro. Make sure you properly silo your service area pages into their own clusters and establish a pillar page for each silo. Use branded content + local landmark mentions to keep each page unique. (Branded content can be talking about your team, your service process, and how you compare to local competitors. It's also great for AI Search positioning) This will help you capture leads outside of your GBP's radius Key thing here is building out the structure and content correctly. Mass publish 100 service area pages with no system and those jawns will get de-indexed in 48 hours. Next up is ranking Reddit threads for every local commercial keyword cluster in their city (and review generation for GBP of course)

@RaytheonSalesMG @danielgothits This logic doesn’t track whatsoever . Teachers and librarians are not making 500k/year. And if they’re retired teachers and librarians, they’re not making 500k/year passively from investments and they were never making 500k/year in their working years.

@KyleCampbellSEO @danielgothits You need to work on reading comprehension. Retirement. Meaning they already purchased home and got their bag. Now they sit back and chill.

@TuanVy I would be extremely pissed. A guy with money. He knows you wouldn’t have just handed him cash for a present.

How would you feel? A good friend of mine got married, and I gave him a discontinued white gold 41mm Presidential Rolex from my personal collection as a wedding gift. Not even 2 months later, I bumped into him and his wife at a restaurant while I was being seated. I said, “Bro, you ain’t rockin’ the Rollie!?” He’s like, “Naw man, sold it,” with a blank face. I’m like, “Cool, all good,” smiled, and walked to my table. What’s crazy is, he’s not broke. And he knows it was a personal watch with sentimental value to me. I couldn’t help but feel some type of way after that. He hasn’t hit me up since, and I haven’t reached out either. Am I in the wrong or?

Cost of hosting 100 wordpress sites on any Wordpress host: $250/month Cost of flattening them into static sites and deploying them on Hetzner (which supports .htacess for bot blocking - but no php, no database): $7/month for 100 sites(20 MB each) Claude makes it easy. #seo

It costs $70 per year to launch 1 local lead gen site. $12 domain $30 hosting $18 tracking phone number $10 citation backlinks 100 sites = $7,000 per year If each site averages $25/month in revenue you have a very profitable machine. But most don’t know the exact techniques.

Rank and rent niches with SERPs that can have NO MAP PACK: - Biohazard cleanup - Hoarding cleanup - Concrete leveling - Deck building - Septic services (Only in certain cities) This allows you to get tons of leads per month with a normal website and no map listing needed.

Reddit has cracked down on promotional comments hard. At first, posting links would get your comments auto deleted. And now, even posting a phone number of a local biz will get the comment removed.

One strategy to get GMBs that last, is to focus on niches like junk removal and painting instead of HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrician, pest control, etc. Avoiding the most commonly targeted niches can trigger less scrutiny.

Why many SEO sites don’t rank even after getting backlinks: no diversity of link types. Don’t just raw dog one type of link. Aim to get PBNs, guest posts, niche edits, and citations all at once. A diverse incoming link profile is key. And natural from a bot’s perspective.

📉 Stores closing in 2026: Francesca’s: ~400 stores Macy’s: ~150 stores Kroger: ~60 stores Wendy’s: ~300 locations Pizza Hut: ~250 locations Carter’s: ~100 stores Saks Off 5th: ~57 stores Eddie Bauer: ~175 stores, pending restructuring Kohl’s: ~27 stores Dollar Tree: 30 stores Family Dollar: ~1,000 stores GameStop: ~400 locations Some are 2026 closures, some are multi-year restructuring plans, but the overall trend is clear. A lot of physical retail is getting gutted.
