I struggle to fathom that the Fold 7, an almost 10 month old device, isn't "flagship" enough for Gemini Intelligence. Based in their criteria, which is intentionally vague, the Fold 7 loses out because it doesn't support Gemini Nano v3, like the S26. I'm very disappointed 😞

@Pirat_Nation Why? So they can find a way to register where the physical media is and what's it's metadata contains to then "kill" that disc? I see it coming like apple and third party screen and button replacements not having proper codes so they won't function properly...

Microsoft is working on a new system called Positron that could let Xbox players turn their physical game discs into digital copies. The idea is simple: you put the disc in your console or drive, the system checks that you own the game, and then it adds a digital version to your Xbox account. Once converted, the game would work with cloud gaming, play on many devices, and fit better with new hardware, while the physical disc would likely stop working afterward to stop people from sharing or selling the same copy. We do not know which games would work, if it costs money, or when it might launch, and Microsoft has not confirmed it, so this is still just a rumor.

@UniverseIce What new features? I'm not buying a new phone every six months. Samsung has become trash with their new style of "Paywall". Galaxy z fold seven should have received more of not all the new features that the s26 has and they removed those from the beta in the final release >:(

The good news is that Samsung will launch the One UI 9 beta very soon. The bad news is that One UI 9 doesn’t seem to bring many exciting new features.

@UniverseIce I'm starting to not care if they're going to keep locking features behind brand new phones. My Galaxy Z Fold 7 is less than a year old and they're treating it like a Galaxy s23 with the 8.5 update...

This animation is the best, I choose Samsung. My reasoning is that only Samsung's animation makes the origin and attribution of the cover clear.iOS and ColorOS music covers appear and disappear out of thin air.
