Another Lotus. This time the 29. Colin Chapman’s first effort at an Indycar. Definitely ahead of its time but they did slightly underestimate the continued development of the Watson. Clark’s 2nd place car

Don’t post here often enough. My latest completion. A really nice kit from Tamiya that now has me headed down the Lotus rabbit hole. More Lotuses…Lotii? 😂 Whatever. To come.

@BrianSm88558239 Hey Brian, thanks for the kind words. You should pick it up again. It’s fun and relaxing. There’s some cool kits of modifieds and sprint cars. I have some here to build as well. I get into a little of everything.

@KyleDeHart5 It's a really nice build. I'm gonna start again gluing pieces of plastic. My brother does a lot of vintage coupe modifies and sprints.

@DcModelworks Looks good to me. What part didn't turn out as expected? I don't think i've ever completed a build which turned out as I originally wanted.

If I ever get a vinyl machine the first thing I'm doing is running a promotion where I'll fix tail tank numbers for people. It's 2025, there isn't an excuse for you to have tank numbers that are horrible. Also wings. I'm looking at you northeast.
