In 2010, @LAGalaxy's @SachaKljestan visited Children's Hospital Los Angeles and gave a jersey to a young patient battling liver cancer. That patient was Chris Hegardt, who now plays as a rookie for @CharlotteFC. Tonight, they had a different kind of jersey swap. ❤️
