@stlcsb there is a car located in front of the stop sign at Wise Avenue and Pierce Avenue. It has not moved in weeks. Possibly stolen? Silver Subaru Forester. License Plate: GL4VOU. The registration is also out of date by almost a year.

@stlcsb Property Fence broke and is blocking the public alley at 1242 Hampton Avenue. Property also has graffiti and trash on premises for multiple weeks. Furthermore, someone is illegally dumping tires in the restaurant’s trash pickup area.

@stlcsb Following up on this. The car got a tow sticker but hasn’t been towed even though we are almost two weeks past the posted date on the sticker.

@Beganovic2026 It’s incredible how inept the city of STL government is. They have millions of dollars sitting there and all you have to do to is allocate it to something over a 5yr. period. But hey I’m glad there’s not trash everywhere, the roads are nice, and city services are fully staffed.

Other than $29m in Northside commercial corridors, most of the unspent money is at CDA and related to production of housing/housing related that I cannot see how it can be spent by end of this year. It’s just not possible to build all that housing. Not sure what plan B is
