Yesterday at Stockton U the Boys XC team finished 3rd overall with 7 out of the 10 runners hitting life time PRs (in September!!). This was a step in the right direction as we continue too improve next Saturday at Thompson park our sectional course

Congratulations to Luke Silverman on becoming only the 14th member of the Freehold Township cross country team to break 17:00 mins at Holmdel park with a time of 16:53. Long season left but a GREAT start! #FasterTogether

I used Grok to calculate what I need to run for each mile of the Boston Marathon (pace and power output) if I want to run <2:25 while maintaining a consistent effort using grade adjustments from the course profile. Pretty neat.

On the girls side we had our first Groups Qualifier. TT Harris was runner up in the 55 meter dash🥈 @TownshipScores

Our second Groups Qualifier is Sammy Daoud. Sammy placed 5th in the pole vault tonight down at the Bubble. @TownshipScores

On the boys side. Their 3rd and final Group meet qualifier is Dustin Balmaceda. Dustin placed 4th in the 55 meter dash and in the process broke his own school record! @TownshipScores
