@bluewmist That’s your brain overloading… too many options kill action.
Pick one thing. Start small. Momentum comes from doing, not planning everything at once.
Do one thing today, even if it’s tiny. Everything else can wait.

The "rest turning into rot" line, that's the thing most people don't see coming.
They think taking a break from deep thinking is temporary, but it becomes permanent without them noticing.
What really resonated was the "girl who asked questions for fun" part. I see this all the time with people I work with.
They used to be curious, used to light up at complex ideas. Now they can barely finish reading anything without reaching for their phone.
Especially the "write like your brain depends on it" section. That's when most people realize they haven't had an original thought in months, just echoes of what they consumed online.
I actually wrote a full breakdown on this exact topic : how to reset your attention span in 21 days - because this pattern is so common.

People know something's off but can't put their finger on what changed.
Most people forgot that's even possible.
This needed to be written. Well done.

@nutellaTARTSSS @bluewmist Too bad it’s a plagiarized piece and they aren’t actually the ones telling their story. Here’s the original:

Amidst the endless article bombardment, this is one actually worth reading. The best in my opinion. It hits so close to home. Love it.
