@merkin_about Mum found a pattern where she didn't have to do that. But it's knitting not crochet. I do love those blankets though. The first large knitted one she did do all the squares and sewed them together.

I forgot why I don't make many granny square blankets - because joining those squares are a giant pain in the arse.

@LCQV12 We do family lunch on Sunday after shopping. Nothing fancy, usually hotdogs or chicken rolls. The rest of the afternoon was relaxing.

Back home now. The back doesn't like being on a Metro train for that long, even with the breakfast stop. Feet up and time for an arvo nap. Miss25 has disappeared to her room and hubby will probably fall asleep outside 😴 🤣
