Cash bail creates an ongoing debtors' prison in Colorado's jails. It doesn't need to be this way. We can end cash bail and increase pretrial freedom without harming public safety in any way. They did it in New Jersey. They're doing it in Illinois. We can do it in Colorado! 💪
