Ive been off this platform lately simply because im very sad and somewhat horrified at what this place has become. AI has become way too prevalent to the fact that it was already bad that human artists were affected, but now actual images of people? This is insane.

I still think sometimes bullying big company works. please keep yelling at twitter until they take down that GenAI image edit thing. And please don't try that feature ieven just to test how bad. Let it rot.

This doesn't just put artists at risk, it puts every Twitter user at risk. Anyone can use AI to edit images of real people posted on this platform, simply a family photo, PAST OR PRESENT. Why is this enabled by default without any consent of the people who shared those images?
