Focus Tree is struggling to retain users. There are several potential reasons for this situation: > Recently, some in-game features have been restricted to encourage users to purchase premium subscriptions. > A lengthy A/B testing process, where users received inconsistent experiences and didn't understand why. > There may be a need for a more conservative budget for user acquisition. While the above points are speculative, generating revenue is ultimately necessary, and Focus Tree is probably still searching for the right balance. Despite these challenges, Focus Tree has successfully onboarded nearly 500,000 new users to Starknet, an achievement that seemed unimaginable just a few months ago. The goal here is not to criticize but to encourage users to engage and share their feedback with the team. Gaining access to this level of insight should be seen as a valuable opportunity to get closer to the project.
