#PREVIEW Q: Another question for the Spaces on Saturday: We all know that the financing should have been secured long ago. The question is, what's holding it up, and where can we help? A: Ultimately, if we knew the answer, we’d resolve it. Fundamentally, money, and especially raising it for real Bricks and Mortar construction (infrastructure) remains a great and terrifying mystery this century. It’s as if the entire world of finance has just stopped. China alone has had spurts of ambition. We bring unprecedented returns on essential infrastructure investments, couched with ecological gains never before seen, and all wrapped in de-risked financial constructs like McKinley. It is beyond puzzling why we don’t have at least $100bn in cash on hand yet. The pandemic stopped us in our tracks. Who Cares? We have emerged stronger and faster than ever before. We have the most momentous business model in human history, for products every human uses everyday, and and we are Ready to follow the Hockey Stick curve of growth. The Blockchain has the unique ability to transcend all of this, but as we have seen, the masses in it have proven totally incapable and / or unwilling to see the opportunity. My almost total failures to connect at scale in the cryptocurrency space have just added fuel to the fire of apathy, if not outright malice, towards real work. Overall, it’s a numbers game. The general 80/20 rule (where 20% of the people do 80% of the work) has really been whittled down to a 99.9/0.1 rule. We need to find just 1 of the 0.1%. I’ve built a business that’s just needs ONE domino pushed. Those who oppose us succeeded (temporarily) in their theft of billions from us. But blind thieves cannot steal a Vision. What can anyone do? Help us find any organization or entity on earth able and willing to think with their own minds and feel with their own hearts … only enough to parlay $3M into $3T. Mathematically, it’s really that simple. The main issue that people miss is that at this stage, it’s not like what we need is strictly limited to an entity with cash to shell out. What I mean is that we have financing offers - but they all require some form of collateral that we don’t have. So, what we are asking many industrial companies to do is to Partner with us, use their balance sheet as leverage, and we close on loans or other investments. Then, the Partner takes senior position on profits after debt service and they end up making fortunes after having not actually invested any money. Nations can do this, too, via many global banking channels. The challenge is that the global standard for risk right now (and it’s been this way for the entire 21st century) is that cement and steel and wood (any construction) is terrifying and cannot be tolerated (in general). We disagree, of course. So, after facing all of this madness for decades, to get bullied and shamed in the crypto space is just piling on the madness. We are in an especially tight space because the Angel /VC people think we are boring because we are NOT a startup and have proven technologies. But since we don’t have ongoing cash flows from them, the institutional investors won’t tolerate us, either. Ultimately, as we’ve described, we just need ONE smart investor to help us “financially engineer” a way to just get back in motion, and we will never stop. There are at least 100,000 people in the world today who could have a field day optimizing this. We think we are talking to several.
