Had surgery yesterday to place a drain in my pelvis but by the time I got home it had come out and the consultant had left for the day. So I made a makeshift theatre in my bathroom, soaked everything in chlororhexadine and attempted to put it back in myself lmao I’m untouchable.

@bt_uk @bt_uk my 85 year old mother still has no landline. It’s been 14 days. This is a welfare issue and your customer service is a joke! You should be ashamed that you’ve not sorted this out.

@WeAreOpenreach when will the fault at RG31 4EU be fixed? My 85 year old mother hasn’t had a landline connection since 10th July! @bt_uk have been no help so far.

@L1saLisa You will be able to get through by calling the above numbers, Lisa, this is where you'll be able to raise and escalate a complaint. I know you've been trying to reach out over the past few days, however this is the best and only way to get this issue resolved.

@bt_uk I have been trying for days to speak to a person. This is now a welfare issue. I’ve contacted Openreach and they have advised me that there is no fault logged at that address. How do I make a formal complaint about this?

To start, I'm sorry to hear that your elderly mother hasn't had access to her services since the 10th July, this is way too long for our liking, so I can imagine that you're eager to get this fixed. @bt_uk I’ve been ringing both of those numbers since Monday and each time l’m told there’s a fault. An engineer has been called and then I’m cut off!
