Figura destacada en el vivac, piloto experimentado y gran especialista en la navegación en el desierto, Murchi compartía generosamente su experiencia, su ayuda y su buen humor con todos. La organización del Dakar transmite su más sincero pésame a su familia y a sus seres queridos. It is with sadness that the organizers of the Dakar have learned of the death of Manuel García, “Murchi”. A prominent figure in the bivouac, an experienced driver, and a great specialist in desert navigation, Murchi generously shared his experience, his assistance and good humor with everyone. The Dakar organization extends its sincere condolences to his family and loved ones.
