I think the original question was at what point should you transition from designing most of the time to a role that adds managerial responsibilities. Using ‘IC’ clarifies that difference. Newish, I’m aware of the term for maybe 5 years now

@CharlesPattson I don’t know, it’s very tasking to constantly redo your design colleagues work properly. And it’s rarely appreciated by said coworkers :D Designers should be held to higher standards, not lower. But I guess that’s what we get for extensive circlejerking for decades.

Don’t be the designer that only brings problems to the table. Be the solutions person.

@CrusaderKings is the Launcher broken on OSX? Everytime i start the game through steam i don't even reach the launcher before everything crashes. Can start the game directly from the ck3.app

@sketch Please let me not save alignment in styles, i find it fairly useless more often than not and very much in the way. I shouldn't have to multiply the amount of styles i have *3 just cause i might want center aligned text in btn's.
