Smith’s Wood Academy has improved in all areas, following its Ofsted Inspection 🚀 No other school in the country, has seen a bigger transformation under the new framework 🙌 Leadership, behaviour & attendance all at ‘expected standard’ No areas cause any significant concern

✨One of the schools I now work with - Smith’s Wood Academy -has mentors walking the corridors to offer support to students. To mark #childrensmentalhealthweek I met some of the team @MWIMPACT - who are working to normalise these conversations particularly among teenage boys.

I was more than happy to help Keith from Birmingham Community Boxing Project pull all the partners together for this one! It's easy to forget how many genuinely lovely people there are out there who are giving up their time to support children and young people!
