Developer applications are now open for the Homes for LA: 2025 Affordable Housing Notice of Funding (NOFA) - the largest affordable funding opportunity in LAHD’s history! ✍️ Learn more & apply: bit.ly/H4LANOFA. ⏳ The application period will end on Monday, October 20th.

This brand new senior affordable housing community, Serenity Apartments, offers residents a safe, stable place to call home - reserving 36 units for seniors who have experienced homelessness.
