Funded by Measure ULA and Prop HHH, the Santa Monica & Vermont Apartments offers an on-site supportive service provider and property management, community rooms and patio, and commercial spaces that open up to the Metro Vermont/Santa Monica B (Red) Line Plaza.

Located in the Metro Plaza, this transit-oriented, affordable permanent supportive housing development brings 187 homes to East Hollywood - including units reserved for unhoused individuals and families.
