I’m sorry but statistics don’t lie. You are projecting based on emotion not fact. Here are the FACTS: Most Super Bowl Wins by QB: 1. Tom Brady (7) - PURE POCKET PASSER 2. Terry Bradshaw (4) - Pocket Passer primarily. Not a running QB but strong enough to break tackles & move around a bit. 2b. Joe Montana (4) - the quintessential pure pocket passer. 3. Troy Aikman (3) - A classic pocket passer 3b. Patrick Mahomes (3) one of only two exceptions on the list. Not a pocket passer. 4. John Elway (2) - A pocket passer with scrambling ability. John was more like Bradshaw. 4b. Eli Manning (2) - A classic pocket passer. He was renown for his ability to stay in the pocket. 4c. Peyton Manning (2) - Like Eli, Peyton was a classic pocket passer. He was renown for his ability to stay in the pocket. 4d. Jim Plunkett (2) -Jim was a quintessential pocket passer & when they tried to make him into a scrambling, running QB it led to injuries. 4e. Ben Roethlisberger (2) - watching Ben scramble or try to run was like watching a Sasquatch attempt ballet. Ben was a pure pocket passer with the strength and size to toss people off. 4f. Bart Starr (2) - Goff reminds me of Bart … Starr was a pure pocket passer known for his accuracy & efficiency. He didn’t have a rocket for an arm but he was excellent at short-to-intermediate passes and play-action. When Bart retired he had 2 Super Bowls & held the NFL record for career completion percentage. 4g. Roger Staubach (2) - They didn’t call him Roger the Dodger because he evaded the draft. Like Mahomes , Roger was a dual-threat quarterback known for both his strong arm and his mobility. SO … as you can see… when you look at the FACTS … not emotion… being a pocket passer is advantageous. More of them win Super Bowls & go down as all time greats than running , scrambling QB’s.

For the most part I agree with Goff being a top QB. He’s accurate, patient, protects the ball and rarely turns it over and makes plays. What he doesn’t do and is a major problem is move within the pocket. He has cement feet and takes far too many sacks. I would argue the O-line protection breakdowns are on him as the QB. It’s his job on his Pre-snap read to adjust and change the protection as necessary. Altho I 100% agree the scheme was horrible. His drops should all be 3 to 5 steps and get the ball out. The only 7 step drops should be on 1st down play action to take a shot and stretch the D. Goff needs to move better in the pocket. Even Brady and Marino, neither of which you’d consider mobile moved better and got the ball out better than Goff and those guys are not exactly Lamar either lol

If Shedeur Sanders or Cam Ward is there at 9 and the #Saints don’t draft neither guy. You might see some long time members of the Who Dat Nation check out.

My biggest problem with the Juwan Johnson deal is you're paying him to be TE1 on this team when I think it's very clear he should be a role player and nothing more.

I'm getting a lot of comments from Saints fans on my YouTube channel saying they want Jalen Milroe.... I can not emphasize enough how BAD of a draft pick that would be by New Orleans

I think you’re in the 1% of Saints fans. Are there actually any Saints fans who would rather the Falcons than Bucs win the NFC South?
Buorhann@buorhann

@JonoBarnes I’ll be honest. As a Saints fan, I’d rather see the FalCANTS in the postseason than the Suckaneers. The Succ fans have been obnoxious in recent years. Trying to wedge themselves into our rivalry with the Falcons.
