@virginmedia You really don't help yourselves, 3rd call in 3 days when I politely asked your agent's to call me next week as I'm on hoilday. Unbelievable! Hardly a way of encouraging me to renew.

@virginmedia Hi just a question about your agents calling regarding my account. Do they understand a conversati take notes of calls they make.I received a call on Tuesday and said to your agent I'm on holiday please call next week, surprised when same agent call 24 hours later.
@virginmedia I believe it was due to my current contract expiring ,however it doesn't give me a great deal of confidence that I would be getting a good deal as it seem to me that sales agent just have target of calls to make
