2026 Pro Day #3 of 3 highlights: Michael Gemma displayed a whiff-inducing mid to upper 80s slider combined with a sinker in the low 90's. He also showed off a sweeper in the low 80s and a four-seam up to 94.5 mph.

@LanginTots13 The main point is, don’t waste time if you really want to play this game! Do what you can daily to put yourself in the best position to sign. I think that’s something we both agree on👍🏼

@LanginTots13 Most pitchers head to Independent ball with tools missing from their game. It’s an atmosphere where quality food is scarce, travel is brutal, and coaching can be questionable. Not exactly condusive to improvements.

Some had solid performance histories and others did not. The stats accumulated through the short stint in Independent ball by the < 6 inning group were never listed in this thread. More below ⬇️

"They aren’t equivalent. Not even close." If I was driving home from my season of independent ball, I'd stop and make this sentence my screen saver. Thanks for doing your part in inspiring the next "awesome story" out of Indy ball!
