You are absolutely right that is why I took a job coaching in the public school area to help bring those days back. You don’t need to private schools to succeed

The girl basketball talent is at an all time low in the public school sectors. There are not a lot of competitive teams like 3 or 4 years ago.

Why do parents think that because your on a EYBL or UAA or Adidas team that the coaching is better. If that was the case why do those teams get beat by non circuit teams. Not every player on those teams get scholarships. If you have talent college coaches will find you. Stay home

This something all parents and kids need to hear. The name on the jersey doesn’t make you a better player or give you and advantage. It’s what is the perfect fit for you. Whether it’s travel or college. If you can play you will be seen. Get the reps.
