Let me help you. So many wanted to hate on CC. In actuality the viewership wasn’t 18.9 million. It went as high as 24 million at its peak.That’s 3X all other Champ games because CC played.I get that people r jealous that a white straight girl re-ignited interest in women’s bball.

Two years ago, the sports world marveled as Caitlin Clark led the NCAA women’s championship game to an average of 18.9 million viewers - 4 million more than the men’s final in primetime the next night - peaking at 24.1 million. You look at this and realize it’s still remarkable.

NFL’s highest-rated games are at 4:25 ET on Sundays, and I continue to believe WBB’s audience (more seniors and kids) is best served by an afternoon tip

14 seeds have NEVER won a game.
