Today,field functionaries of the Office of Assistant Labour Commissioner,Bandipora conducted an extensive Information, Education and Communication (IEC) programme to create awareness about the Four New Labour Codes and various social security schemes among workers and employers.

In a significant step to enforce transparency and statutory compliance, a fresh notice has been issued to defaulting Trade Unions. Despite repeated past reminders, many remain non-compliant. Unions must file pending Annual Returns or face action. @diprjk @CeeDeeSingh
