@scotsunsport Any record of your condemnation of the 2021 League clinching 'celebrations' in the city centre Roger ?
English

Celtic are lucky there was only a few seconds left when mayhem ensued on the pitch, it was a "scourge on Scotland" 👇

@RyanPowell1201 @henrywinter @FA_PGMOL @premierleague How does the league do that in practice? Do they instruct referees and var teams accordingly? Utterly ridiculous!
English

@henrywinter @FA_PGMOL simply doesn’t look at anything Arsenal do. Either half of that stockley park is made up of Arsenal fans or the @premierleague are pushing for a new winner to make the league look more competitive
English

@alanshearer @donhutch4 Come on Alan and Don, just admit the decisions in England can sometimes be bad as well as Scotland and that mistakes are made and that it's not "corruption". What motivation would refs have for making incorrect decisions?
English

I just can’t catch my breath at how the ref has not spotted this in real time and especially VAR who will have 3/4 angles and slow mo. Come to the conclusion this is not endangering an opponent or serious foul play🤷🏻♂️
Football on TNT Sports@footballontnt
Kai Havertz got away with this tackle AFTER a VAR check 👀😶
English

@EwenDCameron I like the humour Ewen but this just proves the national outrage is because little England wanted the romance of the underdog ( which I understand ) ..... they don't quite get that if Citeh win the league 😂
English

@henrywinter But Henry, what about VAR not recommending a Havertz red card? Surely worse than the Motherwell hand ball 😊
English

To think that some people felt that Arsenal were bottlers. More like battlers. They ground out another win, this time over a dogged Burnley, to take them to within touching distance of a first Premier League title in 22 years. If not quite the Invincibles – Arsene Wenger's record-breakers were a better side – this team of Mikel Arteta’s are certainly the Indomitables.
They keep facing down adversity, injury, challenges, obdurate opponents. They are not always the greatest to watch, unless Bukayo Saka is weaving his way into the area, twisting left-backs inside out, but they are supremely resilient. Players stood up to counted under pressure. David Raya in goal. Gabriel at centre-back. Declan Rice, the best player in the league this season, shielding the defence and driving Arsenal forward.
Viktor Gyokeres, maligned initially, now celebrated for his 14 goals in this league campaign. Arsenal’s spine has been strong. Arteta rotated well. Kai Havertz started and scored against Burnley. Arteta subbed well. Havertz removed quickly after risking a red with a dangerous challenge.
So close now. Arsenal will deserve this title for holding their nerve when so many questioned them. #AFC
English

@p_bov1 Surely the worst VAR decision of all time Gary?! 😊 @GaryLineker
English

@Official_T4O Most people accept that is banter and actually quite funny. What was classless was Del Boy calling a referee decision "disgusting". Same ref then needed police protection. That's not banter, that's potentially serious. Chill out and have a laugh mate, it's just a game!
English

@RChris1872 This cheating feels great. Wish we'd been doing it since the 1800's like OldCo / NewCo 🤣🤣🤣
English

@GeorgeFoulkes If you're accusing refs / SFA of bias or corruption, at least have the courage to just say so.
English

@EwenDCameron As a Celtic supporter, that's an excellent piece Ewan 👏 Genuine sympathy for Hearts. Well done on a brilliant fight for the title. Your tactics were spot on .... let Trusty have the ball and he will lose it! I honestly hope you stick around next season.

Chris v the footballing world.
We all see you my friend.

Ewen Cameron@EwenDCameron
@chris_sutton73 Tim might be ‘better than that’ but you’ll forever be a biased mouthpiece.
English

@EwenDCameron It's a pen and you know it Ewen. You're a decent guy and I appreciate that you're a passionate supporter but any reason why you focus on this and ignore the very clear and obvious penalty for the foul on Daizen in the first half?
English

It’s not a penalty and the world knows it. There’s no debate to be had. It’s a header.
The ref and VAR have, and not for the first time this season, had a major say in the outcome of a game.
The world of football is laughing at us.
As for the pictures that ‘conclusively show it struck the hand?’ Give me a break ffs.
The pics circling, from the side where the hand is raised, will always look as if it struck the hand. It didn’t.
I’ve attached pics, as an example, of how a picture can trick you into seeing something you want to see.
So the pics circling can go in the bin.
The issue here is Beaton and Dallas and how they gave a penalty decision from one view of the incident. It’s scandalous.
Scottish football needs to unite and tell TEMU VAR to GTF.

English

@mstewart_23 @chris_sutton73 The use of "clear and obvious error" is now out of the window Michael. Games are now refereed through VAR which I know is wrong. However, it's still a clear hand ball even if Beaton missed it in real time.
English

@mstewart_23 To say ALL decisions have gone Celtic's way is emotional, not calm and rational e.g. keeper foul on Maeda last night( penalty ), push on McCowan leading up to Rangers goal. I could go on but it doesn't fit the 'Hearts' agenda. You're an excellent pundit Michael but this is poor.
English

@JeffStelling No Jeff. His hand is between his head and the ball with no gap .... hence why he still gets the power but it also hits his hand so it's a pen. I understand why almost all English neutrals want Hearts to win the league.
