توقيع مذكرة تفاهم لتفعيل شرعة المواطن وقّعت وزارة الدولة لشؤون التنمية الإدارية والمركز اللبناني للدراسات (@LCPSLebanon) اليوم مذكرة تفاهم لتفعيل شرعة المواطن كمدخل تنفيذي للمرحلة الثانية من برنامج إعادة تكوين إدارات ومؤسسات الدولة 2030. خطوة عملية لترسيخ عقد أخلاقي جديد بين الدولة ومواطنيها و موظفيها تقوم على: ▪️ مبادئ توجيهية و تصميمية ▪️ حقوق المواطن ▪️ موجبات المواطن تشمل الشراكة دعم التطبيق العملي للشرعة، وتعزيز الوعي بها لدى المواطنين والموظفين، بما يترجم مبادئ الإصلاح إلى تنفيذٍ فعلي.
