Congratulations to sophomore Riley Pickett for a solid finish at Region 3-AAA, placing 22nd overall as the #2 runner for LCHS

Congratulations to Ryan Jandro on a career best 17:36, placing him 14th overall in Region 3-AAA.... missing a State berth by 2 places

Congratulations Sawyer for qualifying to State 3 years in a row... a decisive move at 700 meters and a strong finish placed her 4th overall in Region 3-AAA

Ryan Jandro led the boys team to a 9th place finish of 23 teams at Baylor ....

Sawyer Grace led the girls placing 11th of 103 at the Front Runner Invitational at Baylor School in Chattanooga on Thursday Oct 19th...

The boys were led again by Ryan Jandro, who had a career personal best. Junior Ryan has been the steady leader thus far for the rather young Panther boys team. Without any seniors the boys managed a strong effort finishing 17th of 31 complete teams @NewsHeraldSport @LCPanthers

along with junior Ben Noble and freshman Irving Casaca running varsity - both with career bests as well

sophomore Riley Pickett, junior Ethan Norman, and sophomores Ben Maynard and Jacob Miller rounded out the scoring 5 for LCHS @LCPanthers @NewsHeraldSport - for Ethan it was a career personal best

Shelby, Chloe and Brooke all posted season best times

Sawyer Grace Simmons - again a Medalist - leading the girls with a 16th place overall of 208, including some from upper east TN and Arlington from Memphis

LCHS cross country at Johnson Univerity Invite - runners from 21 schools - Girls led by Sawyer Simmons (4th overall) - Team 4th of 6 complete teams - Ryan Jandro led Boys (11th overall) - Team 5th of 11 complete teams

LC Cross Country celebrates the Battle of the Bridge .....

Juniors Sawyer Grace Simmons placed 2nd overall in the girls race and Ryan Jandro finished 7th for the boys.  Sophomore Riley Pickett was 11th.

At our opening race of the season at Panther Creek State Park on one of the toughest courses in east TN, we had two top ten finishers..
