We are excited to announce the ratification of the first Collective Bargaining Agreement for The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights and The Leadership Conference Education Fund as of August 27, 2024!

This month, LCWU celebrates its two year anniversary. For two years, we have fought for a contract that honors our workers, progressive civil rights values, and our organization’s legacy. The fight is not over yet. We look forward to getting a contract finalized this year.
