One of the most underrated moves for your life and mental health Travelling. No matter what I did before, nothing satisfied my soul knowing I was still in the UK. This was how I spent all of 2022: - 6am - Reading - Meditating - Training daily - Working on goals - Eating clean foods - Regimented routines But my mental health was still shit. Yes it was necessary and you need to spend periods in your life like this But since I started sacrificing some of these to get out there My inner happiness has never been greater. Now I prioritise: - Sun - Energy - Memories - Inspiration And on a personal level, my goals are improving: • courage • charisma • confidence • Taking risks • approaching • decision-making Experiencing life and exploring is incredibly powerful - especially if you’ve been sat still for years like I was. If this is you It’s probably time to get out and do shit. After all tomorrow’s never promised So make sure you don’t spend your whole life ‘getting ready’ for the life you never get to live. Do it now.

I just have to say a few things about the E. Jean Carroll verdict as well as Trump's reaction: #1 We all should support the verdict and the legitimacy of the American judicial system. Trump can always appeal if he feels it was unfair. #2 Trump's post following the verdict is absolutely disgusting, saying: "I have absolutely no idea who this woman is. This verdict is a disgrace - a continuation of the greatest witch hunt of all time!" To pretend that he still doesn't know who Carroll is after a jury has found him liable of sexual assault, is to add salt in her wounds. It's pathetic, it's childish and it's just plain cruel. #3 I hope that everyone takes into account the outcome of this trial when deciding on the next president. I want to hear your thoughts if you think this will change anything in the GOP primary.
