Day 21! Workout 20.Hope we can continue to inspire each other to get off our butts in the future! I have consumed Costco packs of icecream sandwiches/chips/dumplings during the challenge. My next goal is to chill out on the onion dip then maybe the icecream.

Hey #hiitchallengewithTicWatchE3 challengers! Now that a lot of you have completed the challenge, what's next?
Being the *ahem* efficient (not lazy) person that I am, I did some research and I'm going to try SIT!

@fp_awesome I did it originally to get out class (age 10). I was fairly good at it but natural talent gets you only so far. Parents told me to focus on school... Which I did sort of. I put in 25% effort into everything and wonder where I would be at 50% effort lol. I don't regret it though😁

@fp_awesome I was in Long jump. The coach thought it was a great for me to work with the sprinters. I usually held my own except one guy was always a little further. He made it to the Olympics for sprinting and almost won a medal in 2012 but the team got dq'ed. I was never fit though haha.

@LCottawa Nice! I was a 100m guy in track so the 200m was basically a marathon to me 😂.

@fp_awesome Thanks boss. I'll see how I go with sit first. I used to do 200m x 10 intervals when I was young trackie. I remember how shitty it felt to go 100%. Rest was only like 2 to 3 mins. In hindsight it was detrimental. I'll blame that on my failure to make it big lol. 😂

@LCottawa Thanks! It's 2 x 10-20 second sprints at MAXIMUM intensity. You have go like your life depends on it and you shouldn't be able to last 30 seconds at that pace. And yes, 2-5 min rest--basically whatever you need to recover COMPLETELY so that you can do another MAX sprint 👍

@fp_awesome @Mobvoi_Official I'm such a sucker for a Costco deal! If you told me there was makeup for sale at Costco, I'd buy 5 packs and dress in drag on the weekends so it didn't go to waste. 💃

18/18 #hiitchallengewithTicWatchE3 @Mobvoi_Official . I'm done. My thanks go to Mobvoi for a great challenge and one that has made a huge difference to my personal fitness. The various lockdowns had thrown my routine in to disarray. Thanks to Mobvoi, I'm now back on track

Much needed rest day on day 19/21. Back to my regular mornings of coffee and toast/jam rather than water/banana/HIIT. Good luck the the rest of you completing the challenge!
