Here’s a game of spot the difference. 1) @dailymail ‘s pic of me & my dad 2) the actual picture. Socially distant, no physical contact & was bringing them food. Been a long month of no contact, my mum worked for the NHS her whole career so she was ruthless about distance. Thanks
@Watforddogs @GuidoFawkes I've worked in the NHS, and I've seen all I need to know about the bureaucracy. The NHS needs MASSIVE reform, starting with getting rid of the old boys act that infests it. If it was a private company it would have gone broke decades ago.
@GuidoFawkes Sadly, the a lack of agility comes from the outdated, sclerotic model the NHS operates under. This will never change while the organisation, rather than its reason for existing, remains sacrosanct
NHS procurement is as bad as MoD procurement. It is not a question of money, it is a question of agility or rather the lack of it.
