Today is #WorldDownSyndromeDay and this year's theme is #ImproveOurSupportSystems. Everyone needs support sometimes. Let's work together to improve the support systems for individuals with Down syndrome, ensuring their rights, inclusion, and wellbeing are prioritised. #WDSD2025
