Since my interaction with Dalton Eatherly aka ChudtheBuilder, one of the issues that kept bothering me was the fact that he had a young kid videoing him while he harrassed me, my wife, and our friends and that kid seemingly had no issues with the content he was recording for Dalton. I often times think back to it and regret not pulling my phone out to video him videoing me and asking why he thinks it’s ok to contribute to Dalton making this kind of content. Up until now, from my knowledge, he’s remained anonymous and faceless. Not anymore. Hope it was worth it. You contributed to this nonsense.

What people fail to realize is that in the only video we have available of the shooting incident between Dalton Eatherly aka ChudtheBuilder and Joshua Fox, you can clearly see that three law enforcement officers were in the immediate vicinity of the fight. They had responded in mere seconds. That’s a minimum of three sets of eyes on the shooting, which is still unclear from this video when it actually occurred. Regardless, you have three LEOs and surveillance video taken into account before issuing a warrant for Dalton’s arrest. If I’m a betting man, I would put money on all of the eye witness testimony was considered and surveillance video was reviewed meticulously before placing blame. Furthermore, the bail was set so high because Dalton shot into buildings around the area where people were walking around at. Add that to the multiple other open bonds he currently had and the amount of felonies he’s being charged with and that’s how it’s set that high. But the Bond hearing in 5 days will determine the final bond amount or if he’s even granted one.
