So I heard from a friend that Ultimate raids in ff14 have alternate story moments? Do these end up becoming canon after the fact or does the story continue on as if they didn't happen? NOT ASKING FOR WHAT THE ALT STORY IS

@Savadrian50 @UnboundMercy Yah there seems to now be a pattern where the x.5 patch is where they add the next xpac into the freee trial. 6.5 added StB and 7.5 added ShB so 8.5 in like 2028 will have EW and its entire msq (6.1-6.55)

Poor Alphinaud, side note, Colin is giving such a good performance but man the animation is so blank. I understand budget constraints and stuff but man this is a major gripe of mine, I do hope the animation gets more expressive in the conversation cutscenes #MazioXIV
