@myles_premium_ @MrLastMinute_ In the Leeds / Wakefield area, plenty of opportunity, just need to look properly and sell myself, came in to my role on agency but they bought me out pretty quick. Progression wise it seems pretty dead in my company

@LEEDSAg @MrLastMinute_ Yeah bro what city is that? You can defo clear £3k+ a month in entry level sales with no experience in Brum but yeah you've got the right plan. Don't need to stay loyal in entry level roles unless progression is available or pros outweigh the cons like company car ect

@LEEDSAg @MrLastMinute_ @myles_premium_ 22 - when I was your age I was doing fuck all with my life. It's all good. 5 years will go quick just keep stacking. The good thing is for 5 years you know your main expense is fixed. It can never go up. If you can increase your wage slowly aswell you'll notice the difference.

@myles_premium_ @MrLastMinute_ Not on sales atm but 100% the aim as its more money, just started a year ago in this sector. Just need to build up the experience first. A job move is on the cards also as its seems we are lowerpaid that many others in my role elsewhere

Calm, if that's the industry you want to progress in it's worth pushing for higher roles in that company or applying elsewhere for similar or higher responsibility roles even if it's steady ££ increases, you're young and can 100% afford to jump ship for pay if it makes sense. Within a few years you can be at that 3/4k tier even quicker if you get a hire sales role with salary & commission on top

@LEEDSAg @MrLastMinute_ Yeah man your wife will be raising the little one so her working full time would be a myth but if you can get your income closer to £3-4K you will be in a really good position. Those overheads are really well priced bro.

@LDNCrypto @MrLastMinute_ @myles_premium_ Thanks mate, unfortunately im locked in for 5 years at 7% and im in my second month lol, and its over 40 years, however im only 22 and when finances hopefully get better we will be better off. My advice to anyone is wait and have kids 1000% if you aren’t financially stable!

@LEEDSAg @MrLastMinute_ @myles_premium_ You're doing brilliant mate. Just try and save as much as possible. Whenever your mortgage is up for remortgage you should get a rate closer to 5%. Good luck !!

@tbankss_x @myles_premium_ I can only see it benefiting certain scenarios; High earner buying below their means at 150k-200k Low income area as a young couple, 2 bed house in between £200-220k. This makes sense. Otherwise the interest rates and repayments are just not worth it in my opinion.

That £5,000 mortgage option by Lloyds bank is killing me. Are we supposed to see that as a good deal? 😂

@LXMD___ @Yimmz If you don’t get a 2k mortgage then you will spend 1500 in rent , not a smart move
