Finished my recent build and really enjoyed this @LEGO_Group AT-AT set that depicts the Battle of Hoth that opens Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back. It fits in very nicely with the rest of my current Star Wars sets. #StarWars #Lego

@nakatomi2010 You can see and print PDF-instructions for your sets at LEGO.build/BI. Alternatively, we'd recommend the LEGO.build/BuilderApp-TW. 🙂

@LEGO_Group You guys did an update to the "My Collection" section of LEGO.com and removed the ability to go to the product and get the PDF build instructions... Making it a lot harder for me to pull up build instructions for the sets I buy. I build using the PDFs

@LEGO_Group I have a customer service case in Canada originally logged back in February. Case 14338457. It’s March 19th, getting a reply from the service team takes over 2 weeks. I’m owed a refund and haven’t been helped. Can someone step in?

hey @LEGO_Group i had 27 pieces MISSING from the Stranger Things Creel House a month ago (which is incredibly unacceptable) and i filled out the form to get them sent to me and it’s been saying “shipped” for three weeks and i have yet to get them? this is ridiculous service

Our Insiders points expire after 18 months, however any change to your points resets this timer (such as registering a LEGO set on the LEGO Builder app to get 10 points). If you're having trouble with your Insiders points, reach out to us at LEGO.build/Service, and we'll see what we can do to help!
